I cannot begin discussing or writing without mentioning success. We often find people explaining the recipe for success as if success is the same for everyone, which can even be checked in a dictionary.
Success can be anything or everything we want it to be, depending on who is defining it. For someone seeking financial independence, success could mean owning their own house and car and being able to live a good life. In the same financial realm, success for a well-known CEO could be having their name etched for eternity. To my mom, success has always been about having her daughter and seeing her grow into a fantastic individual.
It seems clear that each of us should define what success is for them. One of the leading and most widely shown definitions among enthusiasts of Web3 is about building something they can be proud of, while for others, it's about achieving financial freedom, the kind of freedom they've only imagined while watching movies, myself included.
I have always wanted to do something I consider significant. Before evolving into a leader for others, self-doubts and the fear of not finding someone who believes in me held me back until this moment. After gaining a not entirely clear but good idea of the success you desire, you're ready for the battlefield. At least to take your first step.
But where do we start? Or rather, where do we begin in this unstoppable Web3?
Don't wait until you're certain you have the answer; that moment may never come. The longer you wait, the more your brain will try to keep you in your comfort zone. Overthinking is typical in this phase, but if you don’t try, you will never know how far you can go.
It is never too late to change or try something different. Your journey to success won't be a straight line. Most people mention several curves and changes along the way. If one strategy doesn’t work, try another.
Change, Adapt, and Overcome.
Don't limit yourself to following someone else's success path. Create your own version and draw inspiration from various successful examples out there. There are so many people in the space who can inspire you, but you do not have to follow anyone’s path. Find your passion, grow it into a skill, and use that to make a difference.
Don't be afraid to fail. Failure is a complex topic for some people, but my journey here has been shaped by the failures I've experienced. As my favorite speaker, Denzel Washington, says, "If you don't fail, you are not even trying."
Don't Limit Yourself. Whether you're aspiring to be a builder, content creator, Web3 professional, or someone trying to find a community to belong to, don't confine yourself to just one path. There are numerous communities and incredible projects out there, filled with like-minded individuals waiting for you. Explore new projects, new blockchains, and content. Don't restrict yourself while discovering the best version of yourself and utilizing all your potential.
There is no limit to what the mind can do.

Support to Be Supported. The last and most crucial point is that it doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, or how much you've achieved. The primary rule is to support others. No one can do everything alone, and you need others to climb to the top.
If there is anything I have learned from my time in the Web3 space, it’s that anyone can be anything if you set your mind to it. Age, race, nationality, language, or gender is not a limitation. Don’t be your only barrier to success.
To kick off your self-discovery and growth journey, here are some recommended accounts to inspire and guide you. NFT GOD, Wale Swosh, SiriSays, Alex is building, Zaimiri, and lots more.
Following and connecting with the above names and others in the space will set you with the necessary tools and network to find your footing in the Web3 space and even apply those lessons to real-life business ideas.

Really enjoyed reading this Jana and Sprenko and looking forward to the space on Friday! ◡̈
Couldn’t agree more on the definition of “success”.
And yes, don’t limit yourself, be you, dream, plan, try, fail, learn, change and start again until you get to your success.
Thanks Jana and Sprenko.
